Tours and Tastings
Enjoy your visit to Spain with a great opportunity to experience how a winery operates. Find out how wine is made by the professionals we have and then try our finished products. We do a tour of our vineyards, taking you to look at a few of the vines, discussing with our technical director, Mr. Fernando Arija, how we train them, the different varieties of grapes existing in the D.O. Rueda, and talking about the growing and harvesting seasons and what we do on them. We will discuss the winemaking process from the beginning, the arrival of the grapes, to bottling of the wine, taking a look at all the advanced technology we use, all of it in a traditional context, here in Rueda, Valladolid. The tours are completed with a TASTING consisting of our three WHITE WINES, one RED WINE and and EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, and then, we can also provide a LUNCH in our cellar, located over sixty feet beneath, and that belongs to the 17th century.
